Our Story
Tequila’s is a hidden gem in Lincoln’s historic Bailgate. Nestled away down a wide passage
between the Prince of Wales public house and Mansion Antique rooms we have been o몭ering
our Mexican dining experience for over twenty years.
The restaurant may look diminutive from the outside but once through the doors, there is a
sixty cover, themed restaurant with a lively atmosphere. Tequila’s is great for party nights as a
couple or in groups with a great selection behind the bar including the cocktail list
Over the years the menu has kept all the staple Mexican favourites but in more recent times we
have expanded the o몭ering to include a wide variety of Mexican inspired tapas dishes that can
be enjoyed on there own as an appetiser, shared with friends, or even ordered as part of a
selection for your main course. Diners should however leave room for dessert where you can
choose from dishes such as churros or Mexican fried ice cream.
